How do I connect my phone?
Open the app on your laptop, then scan the QR code with your phone's camera. Your phone's browser will open a page that asks for camera access. Once you allow it, the live video stream appears on your laptop.
Where are my videos stored?
All videos are stored locally on your computer. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud. You can find your recordings in the app's Library page.
How do I trim a recording?
After recording, press C to enter trim mode. Drag the handles to set the start and end points, then confirm. The original recording is preserved.
How do I export clips to send to my physio?
In the Library, mark the clips you want to export by clicking the export icon on each thumbnail. Then go to Settings and use the Export function to save them to a folder on your computer.
Does the app work on Windows?
Yes. Live Video Feedback is available for both Mac and Windows. Download the right version for your system from the home page.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access with no limitations. After the trial, purchase a one-time license for $29 to keep using the app. No subscription.
How do I activate my license?
After purchasing, you'll receive a license key by email. Open the app, go to Settings, and enter your key in the License section. The app needs a brief internet connection to verify the key.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Each license is for one computer. If you need to move your license to a new machine, contact me and I'll help you transfer it.
