Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Live Video Feedback ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Live Video Feedback is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices. One license covers one user and may be activated on up to 3 devices for personal use.
Free Trial
The App offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a license key is required to continue using the App. No payment information is collected during the trial.
Pricing and Payment
Live Video Feedback is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees. Payments are processed securely by Polar. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change, but your purchase price is locked in permanently.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the App, contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund. No questions asked.
Your Data
Videos and exercise data you create are stored locally on your computer. We do not have access to your files. You are responsible for backing up your own data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
Camera Access
The App uses your phone's camera as a wireless video source via WebRTC. Camera access is requested through your phone's browser when you scan the QR code. You can revoke camera permission at any time through your browser settings. The video stream is peer-to-peer and encrypted. It does not pass through our servers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share, redistribute, or resell your license key
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the license verification system
Availability
The App runs locally on your computer. Recording, trimming, and exporting do not require an internet connection. The phone camera connection requires a network connection between your devices. The signaling server at livevideofeedback.app facilitates the initial connection but is not involved once connected.
License validation requires a periodic internet connection. The App works offline for up to 3 days between validations. We aim to keep the signaling server available but do not guarantee uptime.
Limitation of Liability
Live Video Feedback is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Updates
The App includes an automatic update mechanism. Updates are optional and you can choose to install them at your convenience. Your license key remains valid across updates.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App, but your locally stored videos and data remain yours.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
